Please note that while you will be submitting your registration this morning,
it might be a few days before I contact you as I process registrations in order they are submitted.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. COMPLETE THIS REGISTRATION FORM (registrations are timestamped when they are submitted)
2. Jordan will reach out to you via the phone number / email you provide with available time slots based upon your preferences — THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE A FEW DAYS. Email her at j.benners@infantswim.com with any questions!
3. Once we agree on a time slot, Jordan will send you an INVOICE to submit payment in full as well as a GUIDELINES/LIABILITY form. Both of these must be completed immediately. New Student fee is $775 for 6 weeks, Refresher Student fee is $130/week.
4. When we are approximately 3-4 weeks from the start of your registered session, Jordan will send you her individual instructor URL code for you to complete the ISR Registration Process with our national database: The cost to register NEW students is $105* and REFRESHER students are $35. This fee goes directly to ISR Corporate, NOT the ISR Instructor. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
5. ISR will send a confirmation email once the registration process is completed, and again once we receive lesson approval. This e-mail will have your registration form as well as your gift code for the ISR Store (www.isrstore.com) which can be redeemed for $15 off your next purchase.
